You will coordinate requirements, document processes, assist testing, and help drive improvements across the HR tech stack while partnering with HR, IT, and vendors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in HR, HRIS, HCM projects
• Foundational knowledge of Workday and HR processes; deep Workday configuration not required
• Experience gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, testing, and documenting processes

Responsibilities

• Partner with HCM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions
• Coordinate project activities across HCM, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to move initiatives forward
• Support testing and validation of Workday enhancements and downstream integrations
• Help manage and improve HCM processes across the employee lifecycle, including payroll and benefits
• Perform data audits and validations to maintain accuracy across Workday and related systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and documentation
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and testing materials
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support day-to-day HCM initiatives and take on increasing ownership over time
