Qualifications

• Hands‑on Workday HCM implementation experience, ideally involving payroll, benefits, and/or time and attendance.
• Working knowledge of SQL; advanced expertise is not required.
• Understanding HRIS platforms and the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with implementation partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Finance, IT, and business teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and adapt in a changing environment.
• Experience with ongoing Workday administration and maintenance is a plus.
• Law firm or professional services experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with approximately 6–12 months of relevant Workday implementation experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of Workday HCM, with an emphasis on time and attendance, payroll, and benefits.
• Partner with Workday implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities and resolve system issues.
• Identify potential technical and functional issues proactively to help ensure a smooth implementation.
• Utilize SQL to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and system-related initiatives.
• Provide ongoing Workday administration, maintenance, and enhancements following implementation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and improve system functionality.
• Support updates to employee data, status changes, workflows, and related business processes.
• Contribute to broader technology modernization initiatives and help improve operational efficiency across the organization.
