Job summary

CFS is seeking an HR Analyst to operate HR processes and analyze workforce data in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will maintain HRIS records, prepare reports for multiple internal teams, and support HR administration including recruitment, benefits, and onboarding tasks.

The role also involves aiding the rollout of a performance-management tool and developing HR resources to support global operations. This position is based on the Upper West Side with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience including HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience managing employee data in an HRIS.
• Experience balancing HR administration with data reporting or analysis; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; follow up on missing documentation and system activity.
• Analyze workforce information and deliver customized reports for finance, grants management, and operational teams.
• Support HR administration, including employee inquiries related to recruitment, benefits, leave, letter generation, onboarding tasks and HR system maintenance.
• Help implement performance-management processes and maintain HR resources and support channels.
