HPS Investment Partners seeks a Workday-focused Enterprise Applications professional in New York, to implement and support core systems for finance, HR, and related operations. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, integration design, and data quality across Workday and related enterprise apps.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, maintain reports, and support regulatory compliance while collaborating with IT and business teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business or related field.
• 2–4 years of Workday experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials, HCM, or Integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Gather requirements with stakeholders; document current/future processes across Workday and related enterprise apps.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support AP/AR, procurement, expenses, banking, GL, and related finance ops.
• Assist with Workday integration development; design, test, and maintain integrations.
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot root causes with cross-functional teams.
• Support Workday configuration, enhancements, testing, releases and deployments.
