ENERCON is seeking a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to lead our Nuclear Engineering organization's technical analysis and governance functions.

This high-impact leadership role provides strategic direction and oversight for Subject Matter Expert and Specialty Engineering Analysis Teams to ensure engineering excellence, innovation, and regulatory compliance across mechanical, structural, electrical, and fire protection disciplines across nuclear programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• PE license is required; graduate degree or advanced certifications preferred.
• 25+ years in engineering for commercial nuclear power generation or related areas.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership managing large teams and programs.
• Experience in senior technical leadership roles (Chief Engineer / Engineering Director).
• Strong NRC regulatory and quality assurance knowledge.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and large projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for nuclear engineering disciplines.
• Lead technical reviews, governance processes, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to grow the portfolio.
• Mentor senior engineers and develop talent across locations.
• Collaborate with executives to align resources and drive innovation.
