Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10–12 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, incl. people management.
• Experience managing multi-country HR operations.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms - Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery across regions and business units.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR data management.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service governance.
• Standardize and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive HR technology adoption, automation, and digital HR solutions.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team with accountability and capability growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, data privacy, and internal controls.
