Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Full-Time HR Operations partner to provide accurate, timely support for day-to-day HR functions across Milford, MA and New Brunswick, NJ.

The role collaborates with the HR team on engagement, performance, onboarding, and culture initiatives, while ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation. You will lead regional onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations support, reporting to the Director of HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations with policy compliance.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, culture-building, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding for consistent experiences.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support investigations and resolve employee relations issues with central HR.
• Collaborate on regional training programs for leadership and development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide leadership with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with laws and procedures.
• Partner with HR team to streamline processes and HR initiatives.
