Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking an International HR Delivery Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across US functions. Hybrid role in Norwalk, CT on a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover, focusing on workforce planning, talent and change initiatives.

You will deliver data-driven guidance on employee relations, performance, leadership effectiveness, and compliance, partnering across Centers of Excellence to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned to the priorities and objectives of supported business functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and capability strategies that enable future business performance.
• Lead complex people and organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and adoption.
• Deliver expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness and organisational risk.
• Analyse workforce trends, organisational metrics and people insights to drive informed decision-making and targeted interventions.
• Manage talent, succession and development discussions to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical capability areas.
• Ensure consistent application of employment legislation, company policy and governance requirements across the employee lifecycle.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness, employee experience and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional people initiatives and transformation activities in partnership with Centres of Excellence and HR Operations teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance people processes, capability and organisational performance.
