Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Global HR Operations Leader to design and operate a scalable service model across North America, EMEA and APAC. You will drive automation, AI utilization, and standardization to reduce manual work and improve HR lifecycle experiences.

You will lead ~20 associates in a matrixed, multilingual environment, partner with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Operations or HR Shared Services in a multinational
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Experience using HR technology and data; AI experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, controls, and audits

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and lead a globally integrated, scalable HR and Talent Acquisition service model
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation to reduce manual work
• Establish metrics, dashboards and ROI benchmarks across regions
• Coach and develop a dispersed team across US, Europe and Asia Pacific
