Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corp. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll & HR Shared Services to lead payroll operations across multiple regions and oversee HR service delivery.

This hybrid role requires partnering with Finance, Legal, Tax, Technology, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient processes and continuous improvement. You will drive standardization, automation, and performance metrics while managing vendor relationships and shaping the payroll and HR

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of payroll, HR operations, or shared services experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing global payroll operations across multiple countries and vendors.
• Experience leading HR shared services or employee service delivery organizations.
• Experience with payroll compliance, controls, audits, and process governance.
• Proven success leading operational improvement and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and payroll providers.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory reporting, tax filings, and year-end activities.
• Maintain compliance with local labor regulations, tax requirements, SOX controls, and company policies.
