Cloud Software Group, LLC hires a Senior People Shared Services Partner to lead the Americas employee lifecycle with a focus on audit, scale, and continuous improvement across onboarding, off-boarding, and data integrity.

You will partner with Americas HRBPs, drive process optimization, and oversee HRIS governance in Workday, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws while delivering a smooth employee experience worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets data skills.
• Knowledge of Americas labor laws and compliance.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee regional onboarding and off-boarding to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Americas HRBPs on ad-hoc requests and M&A integration.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee inquiries.
• Map and re-engineer People Shared Services workflows and automate with Workday.
• Audit HRIS (Workday) data and support compliance reporting.
• Lead small-to-medium People Ops projects, e.g., migrating employee records.
• Monitor HR processes for legal changes and update documentation.
• Maintain Americas HR knowledge base and SOPs.
• Serve as internal contact to resolve onboarding system access issues with HRIT/IT.
