Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, OD, or related field.
• 3+ years with Master’s or 5+ years with Bachelor’s in HR.
• CHRP/PHR certifications are a plus.

• Serve as a key partner to HRBPs and translate needs into HR solutions.
• Collaborate across HR to resolve complex challenges and improve service.
• Design and improve SOPs, benchmarks, and processes for timely support.
• Identify patterns, root causes, and reduce repeat escalations.
• Balance advisory and consultation on HR data, issue resolution, and process improvements.
