Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Senior People Shared Services Partner to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across the Americas. You will audit, scale, and continuously improve workflows with a strong focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Americas HRBPs on restructurings, M&A integration, and complex case management while driving small-to-medium projects and maintaining SOPs to ensure scalable, compliant People operations globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience in a global environment.
• Proficient in Workday and data analytics capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Americas labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional onboarding and off-boarding processes across the Americas.
• Partner with Americas HRBPs on restructurings, divestitures, and M&A integration.
• Escalate and resolve complex employee inquiries.
• Map, re-engineer and optimize People Shared Services workflows.
• Audit Workday data for accuracy and support compliance reporting.
• Lead small-to-medium People Ops projects and document SOPs.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on evolving labor laws.
• Maintain Americas HR knowledge base and SOPs.
• Serve as internal point of contact for onboarding system access with HRIT/IT.
