Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This is a specialized hybrid role (60% motion design, 40% video editing) to craft high-impact visuals from 3D reveals to cinematic brand films.

You will work with product experts, senior leaders and global marketers, applying brand guidelines and UI/UX animation while delivering under tight timelines and showcasing a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years in post-production, agency or high-end in-house team.
• Demo reel/portfolio demonstrating advanced motion graphics and video editing.
• Legal to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling and motion graphics.
• Edit videos with a strong emotional arc using unscripted b‑roll and scripts.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Conceptualize complex stories with storyboards and develop new ideas.
• Manage projects with high energy and meet tight deadlines.
