Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This hybrid role is 60% motion design and 40% video editing, producing high-impact visuals of our mission-critical technology, from 3D reveals to cinematic brand films.

You will work with product experts, senior leadership, and global marketers to craft stories that align with business objectives, adhering to brand guidelines and timelines. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in post-production, agency or high-end in-house team.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of UI/UX animation, 3D camera tracking, and integrating motion assets into live-action environments.
• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling.
• Use motion graphics and animation to create engaging stories.
• Follow MSI video/brand guidelines and collaborate for consistency.
• Curate stories using sensitive subject matter and real people.
• Master pacing and rhythm to build emotion and engagement.
• Understand social platforms and content requirements.
• Assess narrative within marketing funnel stages.
