Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This hybrid role requires crafting high-impact visual stories, from 3D device reveals to cinematic brand films, while sustaining brand guidelines.

A strong reel and 5+ years in post-production are essential, with a flexible remote-capable schedule and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate has advanced Premiere Pro/After Effects skills, knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender), and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in a post-production house, agency, or high-end in-house creative department is required.
Demo reel/portfolio demonstrating advanced motion graphics, animation and video editing skills.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

Be Visual: translate concepts into visual storytelling using motion graphics and animation.
Be Conceptual: edit videos with a narrative arc from unscripted b-roll and scripts.
