Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. The role is a hybrid of motion design (60%) and video editing (40%), creating high-impact visuals for our safety technology advances including 3D reveals and UI/UX simulations.

You will work with product experts and marketers, following brand guidelines, to tell authentic stories that resonate across social platforms while maintaining pacing and emotional tone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in a post-production house, agency, or high-end in-house creative department.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling using motion graphics and animation.
• Edit compelling videos driven by an emotional narrative arc from unscripted b-roll and scripts.
• Collaborate with team to ensure brand guidelines and consistency across videos.
• Support cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
