Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This hybrid role focuses 60% on motion design and 40% on video editing, crafting high-impact visuals for campaign storytelling and product showcases.

You will work with product experts and global marketers to translate concepts into cinematic visuals, maintaining brand guidelines and delivering authentic stories across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant creative field is required.
• 5+ years in post-production or high-end in-house agency experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing expertise.
• Deep Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with 3D in motion and UI/UX animation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual stories with 3D reveals and UI/UX simulations.
• Edit to fit brand guidelines while adapting to platform constraints.
• Collaborate with product teams and senior leadership on concept development.
• Develop motion graphics and cinematic brand films with authentic storytelling.
• Storyboard and pitch concepts; contribute creative leadership.
• Manage assets and projects across cross-functional teams.
