Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This role blends 60% motion design with 40% video editing to craft high-impact visuals for mission-critical technology narratives.

You will collaborate with product experts and global marketers to translate concepts into compelling stories, leveraging industry tools and adhering to brand guidelines. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in post-production are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years in post-production or high-end creative environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing and UI/UX animation.
• Expertise with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Creative Cloud suite.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling and create motion graphics to engage audiences.
• Edit compelling videos with a strong emotional narrative and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent video standards.
• Storyboard, plan and execute complex motion stories with 3D assets.
