Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This hybrid role blends 60% motion design with 40% video editing, delivering high-impact visual stories of our mission-critical technology.

You will collaborate with product experts and global marketers, produce cinematic brand films, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while exploring new storytelling approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts, digital media, communication, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in a post-production/creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro within Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling.
• Use motion graphics and animation to create engaging stories.
• Adhere to video/brand guidelines and maintain consistency across outputs.
• Curate footage ethically, using real people to tell authentic stories.
• Master pacing and rhythm to build tension and emotion.
• Understand social platform requirements and optimize content accordingly.
• Adjust narrative tone for awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
• Edit compelling videos driven by emotional arcs from unscripted footage.
