Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our internal creative team. This hybrid role focuses on 60% motion design and 40% video editing, delivering high-impact visual stories of our safety technology.

You will work with product experts and global marketers, adhering to brand guidelines, while showcasing UI/UX animation, 3D effects, and cinematic storytelling. A portfolio is required, with a strong emphasis on creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Digital Media, Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in a post-production house, agency, or high-end in-house creative department.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX animation, 3D camera tracking, and integrating motion assets into live-action.
• Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D and Blender for asset manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling.
• Use motion graphics and animation to create visually compelling stories.
• Adhere to MSI video and brand guidelines and collaborate for consistency.
• Curate stories with sensitive subject matter using real people to maintain authenticity.
• Manage pacing and emotional tone to match narrative goals.
