Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Video Editor & Motion Designer to craft high-impact stories of mission-critical technology. This hybrid role blends 60% motion design with 40% video editing, collaborating with product teams and global marketers to produce brand films and UI/UX simulations.

You'll lead creative storytelling, maintain brand standards, and deliver assets under tight timelines. A portfolio demonstrating advanced motion graphics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a post-production house, agency, or high-end in-house creative department.
• Demo reel/portfolio demonstrating advanced motion graphics, animation and video editing skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into visual storytelling using motion graphics.
• Edit compelling videos driven by emotional narratives from unscripted b-roll and scripts.
• Create designs within MSI brand guidelines and collaborate to ensure consistency across video assets.
• Inspire and bring new ideas to the team through creative thought leadership.
• Support cross-functional teams with visuals for various campaigns and platforms.
