Job summary

CREDA Washington State (CREDAWA), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is seeking a Membership Experience Coordinator to drive recruitment, retention, and engagement for a 1,100+ professional membership base across Washington State.

This hands-on role involves building relationships with CEOs, principals, and senior leaders, leading volunteers and committees, and planning networking and educational events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in association management, membership, client relations, or related field.
• Experience working with executives, clients, members, or other senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for membership recruitment, retention, engagement, and re-engagement.
• Build relationships with current and prospective members and connect them with CREDAWA opportunities and benefits.
• Lead membership outreach, onboarding, renewals, retention efforts, and win-back campaigns.
• Identify prospective members and companies and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Track membership trends and feedback to improve approaches.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for members and prospects.
