Job summary

WEConnect International is seeking an Associate Director, Membership Growth and Development in Washington, DC to manage a portfolio of corporate members and institutional partners. You will act as day-to-day account manager, ensuring members receive value, stay engaged, and continue to invest in WEConnect programs and events.

The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building, client service and CRM skills, with experience in procurement, supplier diversity, ESG, or inclusive sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years in account management or partnerships.
• Experience managing relationships with large corporations or public sector.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Represent WEConnect International in member meetings and events.
• Track engagement, renewals, and revenue using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver member value.
• Maintain proactive communications to strengthen retention and growth.
