Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years of progressive experience in product leadership, marketing technology, technology sales, or operations.
• Demonstrated success leading client engagements from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience building and developing cross‑functional teams in entrepreneurial or high‑growth environments.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated or trust‑sensitive domains, such as security, identity, payments, data privacy, or compliance.
• Expertise designing customer‑facing strategies, programs, and operating processes across marketing, loyalty, commerce, or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership and Client Ownership: Own client engagement outcomes, delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
• Solution Strategy and Design: Define and oversee the engagement strategy, framework, and solution architecture.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop consultants and senior consultants; collaborate with leadership on staffing.
• Practice and Business Development: Shape proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and identify account expansion opportunities.
