Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice.

Qualifications

6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, or related roles.
Proven success leading client engagements from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.
Experience building and developing cross-functional teams in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Own client engagement outcomes including delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership.
Define and oversee engagement strategy, framework, and solution architecture.
Design end-to-end marketing programs, MarTech strategies, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
