Your Talent Team is seeking an Associate Attorney in Atlanta for its top-tier M&A and corporate finance practice. The role emphasizes complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with exposure to private equity deals and high-value closings.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, Georgia bar admission, and 4–6 years of substantive M&A experience, with strong drafting and client-management capabilities. This hybrid role offers significant responsibility and mentorship.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and complex corporate transaction experience
• Active Georgia bar admission in good standing
• Experience drafting and negotiating equity/asset purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Strong ability to manage deal timelines and coordinate with junior team members
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic corporate transactions
• Manage all phases of M&A transactions including structuring, diligence, drafting, negotiation and closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documentation
• Lead and coordinate legal due diligence and supervise junior attorneys
• Serve as primary client contact and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
