• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and corporate transactions experience.
• Experience advising on complex M&A and corporate finance matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions, with focus on private equity deals.
• Manage all phases of M&A transactions from structuring to closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documentation.
• Lead due diligence efforts and supervise junior attorneys.
• Coordinate with clients and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
