AmLaw 100 law firm in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance practice. This role offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value domestic and cross-border deals with strong client exposure and mentorship.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of substantive M&A experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and Georgia bar admission. Hybrid work arrangement and collaborative environment are offered.

Qualificações

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience handling mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions, with a focus on private equity-sponsored deals.
• Manage all phases of M&A transactions, including structuring, diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary agreements, and transaction documentation.
