Responsibilities

• Lead and develop customer service staff to meet performance objectives aligned with company goals.
• Establish and monitor team goals and engagement quarterly.
• Manage dashboards, reports, and cost tracking to improve profitability.
• Handle onboarding for key and contract accounts; maintain KPI.
• Monitor margins to maximize profitability and reduce billing errors.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
