Gulf Winds International Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the Customer Service team across all markets in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on delivering world-class service, managing complex processes, and driving results.

Reports to the Director of Customer Service. Full-time opportunity for candidates with strong communication, proven leadership, and knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication & writing skills to interface with internal and external customers.
• Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of transportation industry, logistics and supply chain.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, lead, and evaluate team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable the team to provide world-class customer service.
• Manage onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and cost controls to improve profitability.
• Oversee customer onboarding for key and contract accounts and address issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and operations.
