Gulf Winds International, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager in a hybrid role that supports all markets. You will lead a customer service team, drive performance, and coordinate onboarding for key accounts under the Director of Customer Service.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable intermodal trucking and warehousing services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and writing skills to interface with internal and external customers.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of transportation industry, logistics and supply chain.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, lead, and evaluate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the team to provide world-class customer service.
• Manage customer service staff, communicate expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach, train, and motivate staff to meet service and company goals.
• Meet monthly with team to monitor goals and development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Oversee customer onboarding and routine interactions with key accounts.
• Respond to feedback and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Review KPIs for all Key and Contract accounts.
