Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Coordinator to lead the Absorb LMS and drive customer education programs. This hybrid role blends system administration with program operations to deliver engaging, outcomes-focused learning experiences for HVAC and hydronics professionals.

As the primary LMS administrator, you’ll manage catalogs, enrollments, and learner records while collaborating with instructors and stakeholders to optimize the learner journey and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System.
• Experience with Absorb, Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar LMS solutions.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration (≈75%): serve as SME and admin for Absorb LMS; manage catalogs, paths, certifications, curricula, enrollments, and learner records.
• Maintain data integrity, user access, and learner reporting; troubleshoot issues with IT/support.
• Generate and analyze learner participation, completions, certifications, engagement, and training effectiveness.
• Customer Learning Experience & Program Operations (≈25%): support instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training; manage registrations, communications, attendance tracking, certifications, and learner support.
• Coordinate onsite training logistics (scheduling, lodging, transportation, catering, accommodations) and annual training schedules.
• Support continuing education accreditation reporting and documentation; build relationships with customers.
