Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in adult training/education administration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Washington State driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and administer departmentwide training programs.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, hybrid, and e-learning training.
• Manage LMS functionality: course creation, enrollment support, reporting.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose learning solutions.
• Develop evaluation tools and reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with divisions, SMEs, leaders, and external consultants.
