Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Columbia, MO is seeking a Training Specialist to manage the LMS daily, upload training, and promote the platform across the organization. You will develop hybrid curricula, present on professional development topics, and collaborate with other departments to create engaging trainings.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR training events and supporting in-person sessions with the Talent and Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Presentation experience required.
• Ability to design educational materials required.
• Learning Management System experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and usage of the LMS.
• Upload new and updated training for maximum platform utilization.
• Promote the LMS across the organization.
• Run regular reports and updates on platform usage.
• Assist in daily management and troubleshooting of the LMS.
• Create hybrid curriculum with Instructor-Led and Online Training.
• Partner with divisions to maximize the online learning platform.
• Prepare materials related to professional development and leadership.
• Collaborate with departments to develop engaging curricula for training.
• Coordinate HR training events (technical support, catering, room reservations, platform setup).
• Collaborate on in-person trainings with the Talent and Development Manager.
