Job summary

Xylem is seeking a highly organized Learning Management System & Training Specialist to lead the Absorb LMS administration and optimize the customer education experience. You will manage course catalogs, enrollments, certifications, and learner reporting to deliver scalable training across HVAC and hydronics professionals.

The role blends LMS administration with customer education program operations, including registrations, communications, and onsite logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Absorb, Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Absorb LMS subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator.
• Manage course catalogs, learning paths, certifications, curricula, enrollments, and learner records.
• Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, user access, and learner reporting.
• Troubleshoot user, system, and tracking issues with IT/support teams as needed.
• Generate and analyze reports on learner participation, completions, certifications, engagement, and training effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and LMS optimization.
• Support scalability and operational excellence across customer education programs.
• Support instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Manage registrations, communications, attendance tracking, certifications, and learner support.
• Coordinate onsite training logistics including scheduling, lodging, travel, catering, and accommodations.
• Partner with instructors and stakeholders to execute annual training schedules.
