Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) seeks a Training Specialist II to manage LMS, design training, and deliver both online and in-person programs. The role supports onboarding, NSO, and ongoing staff development under the Training and Development Supervisor.

You will maintain LMS front-end/back-end, create analytics, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years related training and LMS administrator experience.
• Instructional Design Certification.
• Training and Facilitation Certification or 2–5 years in training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts and LMS records per initiatives.
• Participate as a trainer in NSO and other trainings.
• Design and develop eLearning and in-person training using ADDIE.
• Lead LMS administration and training library management.
• Coordinate in-person training setup and inter-department coordination.
• Prepare KPI and quarterly reports for the Training & Development Supervisor.
