Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, with experience using document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all phases of litigation, including case management and coordination.
• Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Manage e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and handle administrative functions including billing and intake processes.
