Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Legal Document Specialist to support time-sensitive requests by collaborating with teams across multiple shifts and locations. This role emphasizes high-quality document production, strict adherence to formatting, and customer satisfaction, with strong MS Word capabilities and legal terminology knowledge.

The position is full-time in Phoenix with a 90-day probation, hybrid work after probation (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in legal word processing or document production environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience and exposure in legal word processing tasks including TOAs, TOCs, automated cross-references, and document styling

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested
• Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
• Transcribe dictation files and perform data entry
• Handle confidential documents and follow policies and procedures
