Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist to convert prospective renters into residents, manage the full leasing cycle, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will engage applicants via phone, text, email, and chat, present tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

With a structured hybrid schedule, two days in the office and three days remote, you’ll report to the Leasing Manager and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while

Qualifications

• Active real estate license is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a high-volume leasing pipeline and meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Sales & Prospect Management: engage prospects via calls, texts, email, and chat; maximize conversions; guide tours using Rently technology; match housing needs with inventory; record interactions and follow-ups; meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Application Processing & Pipeline Management: manage applications from submission to approval; verify information with approved systems; use Plaid and other tools; handle documentation gaps and delays; maintain quality and compliance.
• Lease Execution & Resident Onboarding: prepare and execute lease agreements; ensure accuracy and compliance; guide applicants through signing; coordinate move-in requirements.
• Property Marketing & Inventory Management: stay informed on available inventory, pricing, and market conditions; coordinate listing updates with marketing; ensure listings reflect reality and respond to feedback.
