Focus PM LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to own the full leasing journey from inquiry to signed lease. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes relationship-building, urgency, and accurate lease documentation in a hybrid/remote-flex setup in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include conducting tours (in-person and virtual), reviewing applications under Fair Housing guidelines, and driving lease conversions. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health-related coverage, and ongoing sales training.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all prospect and applicant communication from initial inquiry through signed lease
• Respond quickly and professionally via phone, text, and email
• Maintain follow-up and sales momentum
• Present and sell available units and community value
• Schedule in-person tours with field team members and conduct virtual tours
• Review applications and supporting documentation
• Approve or deny applicants using screening criteria and Fair Housing guidelines
• Prepare and send lease documents with high accuracy
• Drive timely lease signatures and completion
• Identify and correct errors proactively
• Present and sell additional income opportunities when appropriate
• Ensure add-ons are properly disclosed and documented
• Maximize revenue per lease while maintaining compliance
• Deliver a professional leasing experience and represent the brand
• Be available for leasing calls Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
