Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Learning Development Analyst to design, develop, and maintain classroom and web-based training that builds organizational capability. You will partner with SMEs to align content with business goals and evaluate training impact.

The role requires a related university degree with 2 years’ experience or equivalent, strong adult-learning knowledge, and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint. FlexWork is available, with hybrid office-based work.

Qualifications

• Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in learning and development, instructional design or training development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials per standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and objectives.
• Coordinate meetings and milestones to support program delivery.
• Utilize eLearning platforms to create engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Apply independent judgment to develop solutions and drive continuous improvement.
