Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Learning Development Analyst to create and maintain classroom and web-based training, partnering with SMEs to analyze needs and design impactful programs. You will develop instructor-led and eLearning content, ensuring alignment with business goals and learning objectives, while collaborating across stakeholders.

The role requires a related degree and 2 years’ experience in learning and development, plus strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
• Previous directly related experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly evaluate information, respond to questions, and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience applying InfoMapping principles and tools.
• Experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning development platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale learning initiatives or corporate training programs.

Working Conditions

• Office-based role with 76% to 100% of work performed in an office environment.
• Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, instructors, and subject matter experts.
• Occasional flexibility may be required to support project timelines and training delivery schedules.

Salary

• Ranges from $$65,800 - $88,700 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.

Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
