Job summary

HCVT in California is seeking a Learning Operations Coordinator to manage daily training workflows, coordinate internal and external programs, and ensure CPA compliance through a learning management system. The role involves scheduling, venue coordination, and travel planning for both in-person and virtual trainings.

You will maintain curriculum databases, training records, and files, while communicating options to employees and managing relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Training, HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional business environment.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with web delivery tools.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage/prioritize day-to-day workflow.
• Coordinate and schedule internal training activities, venues and equipment.
• Coordinate off-site and virtual trainings including registration and travel.
• Communicate training options and plans for all levels of employees.
• Maintain curriculum database, training records, and files.
• Use learning management system to track CPA compliance and outcomes.
• Track training outcomes and provide feedback to participants and management.
• Maintain relationships with internal employees and external vendors.
• Manage training budget, reconcile expenses, and track accounts.
• Draft training-related documents as needed.
