Responsibilities

• Coordinates production process for training programs and manages logistics.
• Provides pre/post class support and faculty coordination.
• Manages vendor relations, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Communicates class information and registration to clients.
• Liaises between faculty, participants and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Supports cohort-based development programs with scheduling, messaging, and data coordination.
• Builds dashboards and reports to support management requests.
• Enables AI tools to improve learning workflows and program coordination.
