Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage the operations and logistics of learning programs at our Palo Alto campus. The role supports faculty, vendors, and participants across in-person and virtual sessions, leveraging learning technologies to drive continuous improvement.

The position requires strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills, with experience using Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs and logistics.
• Ability to create reports and track training metrics.
• Experience with SharePoint or other learning site design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production process for training programs and support sessions.
• Provide pre-class setup, in-class support, and post-class communications to faculty and participants.
• Manage vendor coordination, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Communicate class information, registration, and post-class details to clients.
• Serve as a liaison between faculty, participants, and stakeholders.
• Support cohort-based development programs with scheduling, logistics, and messaging.
• Identify and troubleshoot curriculum or faculty issues; apply problem-solving as needed.
• Assist with web design for SharePoint and related sites; stay updated with new learning tech.
• Assign training and track for new leaders; generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
