LHH in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a long-term contract role in a hybrid environment. The position supports recruiting and a broad range of HR activities to enhance the candidate and employee experience, with administrative duties across the HR team.

Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, onboarding, maintaining personnel files, responding to policy inquiries, generating HR reports, coordinating trainings, and assisting with special HR projects to drive

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers and recruiters
• Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives
• Generate reports and assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activities
• Manage HR correspondence and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events
• Assist with special projects and other human resources initiatives as needed
