Job summary

Power Design in St. Pete, FL is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to drive training program operations. You will schedule programs, manage rosters and attendance, build course materials, and generate reports from Workday Learning.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of training coordination, plus strong organizational and communication skills. A hybrid work setup and travel availability support a dynamic, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, L&D, HR admin, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good analytical capabilities and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, proofreading, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and adaptable to change.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location training events.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support learning programs by updating materials and job aids and setting up training rooms.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and communications for onboarding, boot camps, and continuing education.
• Perform data entry to schedule training and manage Workday Learning courses.
• Administer program maintenance, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple training programs across departments.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions and provide in-session support.
• Address learner questions and follow up as needed.
• Track participant feedback and post-training follow-up.
