Job summary

AECOM is seeking a leader to head the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources effort from our US Houston location. This full-time role oversees civil works programs, coastal protection, pumping stations and mega water projects with annual bookings around $200M and growth targets of 10–20%.

Qualifications

• EXTENSIVE years of Water Resources Leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 6 years of leadership
• Experience managingP&L including revenue generation, project margin achievement, DSO, G&A, project delivery, client satisfaction, staff utilization, safety, claims resolution and quality.
• Experiencegrowing aregional business and collaboratingwith other regions.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and executes a customer engagement plan for Heavy Civil Programs and across Water Resources to establish relationships, understand customer requirements and enable solution development.
• Actively interfaces with customers and ensures the company is positioned with customers on new and recompete opportunities.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships and represents the company as appropriate with customers, competitors, industry trade associations, consultants, community organizations, professional societies and similar groups.

Education

BA/BS + 12 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
