Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Lateral Intake Specialist to support conflicts of interest reporting during onboarding of lateral candidates. You will analyze corporate structures, review conflicts search results, generate reports, and assist in resolving conflicts in collaboration with the New Business Intake Lateral Team.

Role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a hybrid US office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in conflicts or new business intake preferred.
• Ability to present information concisely for reports.
• Experience with intake and conflicts software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analyzes corporate structures of potential clients.
• Reviews and summarizes conflicts search results for reporting.
• Generates conflict reports and follows up on requests.
• Performs quality control checks on conflict reports prior to delivery.
• Communicates with partners to assist in processing requests and resolving conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned.
